Mitte Februar 2011 hat LifeWatch sein drittes Call-Center in San Francisco eröffnet und seine Medicare IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility/Unabhängiges Diagnostisches Testlabor) Anbieterkennziffer beantragt. Nach einer Inspektion von Medicare-Funktionären im Call-Center in San Francisco vor Ort hat das Unternehmen diese Anbieterkennziffer am 10. August 2011 erhalten und ist seitdem befugt, Rückerstattungszahlungen für an Medicare-Patienten erbrachte Leistungen abzurechnen. Gesamthaft hat LifeWatch im Zeitraum von Mitte Februar 2011 bis zum 10. August 2011 für Medicare-Patienten Leistungen in Höhe von USD 11.8 Mio. erbracht.
