Flight schedule for runway refurbishment period in 2026 is now available

In spring 2026, EuroAirport’s main runway will be refurbished and temporarily closed from April 15 to May 20, 2026. During this time, flight operations will be handled via the secondary runway. The airlines have now finalised their flight schedules for this phase. Compared to normal flight operations, services will be reduced but still provide flight connections to important European business and city destinations as well as to a number of vacation destinations.
Refurbishment period and execution of construction work
In spring 2026, EuroAirport will refurbish the central section of its main runway 15/33 as well as Taxiway Bravo. The purpose of this work is to ensure operational safety in the long term. In order for the work to be carried out, the main runway 15/33 will be completely closed from April 15 to May 20, 2026. During this period, flight operations will be continued via the Airport’s secondary runway 07/25.
Passenger flight services during the refurbishment period
The airlines have now finalised their flight schedules for this time period. For the duration of the refurbishment work, only easyJet will maintain an adjusted selection of flight destinations out of EuroAirport. These flight services will be reduced compared to the regular summer schedule but will continue to ensure connections to key European metropolitan areas as well as to selected leisure and city destinations.
