LifeWatchTM AG gibt die Beendigung des Pharma Life Rechtsstreits bekannt
Zug, Schweiz, 24. Juni 2015 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), ein
führender Entwickler und Anbieter von ferngesteuerten diagnostischen
"Digital Health" Dienstleistungen, gibt bekannt, dass der Oberste
Gerichtshof von Israel ein Urteil im Berufungsverfahren der Parteien im
Fall von Pharma Life Ltd. gegen Cardguard Survival Ltd. gefällt und damit
einen 15-jährigen Prozess im Rechtsstreit gegen LifeWatch beendet hat.
Mit dem Urteil wurde der grösste Teil des erstinstanzlichen Urteilsspruchs
gegen Lifewatch Technologies, einer Tochtergesellschaft von Lifewatch AG,
rückgängig gemacht. Dies wird zu einer Freigabe/Rückzahlung von Beträgen
in Millionenhöhe an LifeWatch führen. Weitere Details zum Urteil des
Obersten Gerichtshofs werden in naher Zukunft veröffentlicht.
