Publication pursuant to art. 20 (1) of the Luxembourg law of
       11 January 2008 on transparency requirements regarding information
      about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated
         market (the "Law") and art. 2 of the Grand-Ducal regulation of
       11 January 2008 on transparency requirements regarding information
      about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated
                           market (the "Regulation").

For the purposes of the application  of  the  Law,  DZ  BANK  
Perpetual  Funding Issuer (Jersey) Limited chooses Luxembourg as its 
home Member State pursuant  to art. 1 point 9 b) of the Law and art. 
2 of the Regulation.
