Lugano, November 27, 2025 - PKB Private Bank SA is pleased to announce that, as of November 17, 2025, Loris Centola has assumed the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of PKB, reporting directly to Alfonso Rivolta, Group Head Wealth Solutions.
Loris Centola’s appointment comes at a strategic moment for the Bank which, as communicated in October 2024, completed a significant reorganisation of the Group Wealth Solutions area, with the aim of strengthening internal synergies and shaping the offering in line with the bespoke approach typical of a boutique Bank like PKB.
With a solid background in asset management and research, Loris Centola brings extensive experience gained in leading banking institutions, where he has held prominent roles such as Global Head of Private Banking Research at Credit Suisse and Co-Head WM Research at UBS, before taking on the role of Co-Head Asset Management at Belvoir Capital, a company within the PKB Group. In this most recent position, he introduced a structured approach, fostering collaboration and achieving tangible results in a short time.
Loris Centola’s appointment represents a significant strategic signal for PKB: on one hand, it reflects the Bank’s commitment to attracting and developing high-level profiles and promoting synergy among the Group’s various subsidiaries; on the other hand, it confirms the intention to strengthen the common investment platform while preserving the identity and operational independence of the Group’s companies.
