ATC Global's Growing VIP Hosted Buyer Programme Set to Boost Exhibitors' Sales

London (ots/PRNewswire)

ATC Global announced today that it is expanding its VIP Hosted Buyer Programme for the third consecutive year. This unique service at their annual Air Traffic Management exhibition in Amsterdam has become a potent business opportunity for the industry. At this year's event the VIP Hosted Buyer Programme enabled leading suppliers and potential customers from across the globe to cultivate new and existing relationships with a combined investment value of over USD $490 million.

ATC Global's VIP Hosted Buyer Programme provides pre-qualified sales leads to exhibitors by arranging meetings with CEOs and Directors of Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) that are planning development projects. A dedicated team works throughout the year to compile the desired product and service offerings of each exhibitor and match these with the investment plans of all relevant ANSPs, allowing all parties to agree on an efficient and well-planned meeting schedule months prior to the event. ATC Global subsidises the cost of ANSPs attending the event through this programme, dependent on travel budgets.

Karen Adams, Director of Business Development for ITT Exelis, said: "The VIP Hosted Buyer Programme provides an opportunity to meet new potential customers, and other decision makers from geographical regions that our sales team have difficulty accessing during the year...I thought this was well executed. Investment plans and project details of the hosted buyer ANSPs were provided to us prior to any pre-arranged meetings, allowing sufficient time to prepare for meetings and to have thorough discussions about the buyer's needs."

This year, ATC Global's professional event management team facilitated 197 pre-arranged and over 130 ad hoc meetings between buyers and suppliers. ATC Global is the only occasion where the fastest growing ANSPs from across Latin America, Africa and Asia are sponsored by the organisers to bring their business to the Exhibitors. ATC Global 2013, taking place at the Amsterdam RAI on 12-14 March, has already received applications from emerging markets such as Zimbabwe, Lebanon, Peru, Uruguay, COCESNA, Botswana, Nepal and Morocco to participate in the programme, with many more to be announced in the coming weeks.

Mr B Ngwarai, Director Air Navigation Services, Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe, said, "The ATC Global 2012 VIP programme enabled our organization's participation in a well-organised, world class exhibition and conference. Pre-arranged meetings with suppliers of CNS/ATM systems were a productive way of navigating through the exhibition halls with many suppliers. These initiatives assisted in time management as it is easy to overstay on one stand. The concierge service was highly customised, with a personalized touch. ATC Global financial assistance made it possible for our organisation to participate in this special ATM event, even in the face of budgetary constraints."

Paula Milburn says: "ATC Global's priority is to listen to the needs of our clients and maximise the return of investment for all parties attending the exhibition. We have designed the VIP Hosted Buyer programme to reach out to every global region and enable the broadest range of ANSPs and suppliers to come together. Our dedicated service goes beyond the networking opportunities available at other exhibitions and allows all attendees to maximise their connections in an independent business environment."
