CompuGroup Medical Koblenz: Today, CompuGroup has entered into an
agreement for the purchase of Ascon Software B.V., based in Echt,
Netherlands ("Euroned"). Euroned provides software solutions for the
e-Health sector in the Netherlands for doctors and pharmacies. In
2010 the company expects revenues of about 10.8 million euro, with an
EBITDA of about 2.8 million euro. With this acquisition CompuGroup
enters the healthcare market in the Netherlands and strengthens its
business in Europe. The payment for the debt free company will be 15
million euro in cash. The purchase price will be financed through
existing credit facilities. The closing of the transaction is
