8-K includes a statement regarding the resolution of certain investigations by
the U.S. Department of Justice, the SEC and the U.S. Departments of Treasury and
Commerce for prior alleged violations by Weatherford of the trade sanction laws,
Weatherford's participation in the Iraq oil-for-food program and Weatherford's
compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
