CompuGROUP subsidiary systema enters contract in the million Euro range in
      Austria

Coblenz/Linz - September  28,  2007:  CompuGROUP  Holding  AG,  a  leading
      European provider of eHealth solutions, reports  another  success  in  the
      hospital  information  system  field:   German   company   systema   Human
      Information Systems  GmbH  is  going  to  implement  new,  more  efficient
      software solutions at eleven hospitals belonging to the  biggest  hospital
      holding in Upper Austria, Oberösterreichische Gesundheits- und  Spitals-AG
      (gespag). The total volume of this project  is  more  than  seven  million
      Euros.

With a market share of about 44 percent,  gespag  is  clearly  number  one
      among Upper Austria's hospital holdings. Besides eight general  hospitals,
      the company also runs two psychiatric clinics as well as a special  clinic
      for women and children, covering 14 locations. gespag has more than  9,000
      employees.

The recently started IT projects will enable the gespag-run  hospitals  to
      multiply their efficiency in pivotal  fields  of  operation.  The  patient
      administration's transfer to  SAP  IS-H  and  migration  of  the  existing
      workflow system mpa to that platform as well as onto the new  modules  for
      medical documentation comprise the largest part of the project's  contract
      volume.

Furthermore, new modules  will  be  integrated  in  the  human  resources,
      internal  business  management  and  service  scheduling  fields.  Another
      project is going to realize  the  systema  "on  duty"  service  scheduling
      module's  integration  into  SAP  Human  Resource  Management  (SAP   HR),
      including particular specifications. In order to enable the  cross-project
      visualization of results in SAP HR, a customized Business  Warehouse  will
      also be developed for gespag.
      Another project that could be won over in spite of  strong,  international
      competition was  the  adjustment  of  the  kitchen  logistics  system.  In
      addition to the introduction of the new kitchen  solution,  these  modules
      will be deeply integrated in gespag's exisiting SAP environment.
