Gary Frigo Appointed as Vice President - Sales Operations for Nissan Europe

Gary Frigo has been appointed
by Nissan Europe, as its new Vice President  for Sales Operations,
replacing Brian Carolin who recently moved into the  role of Senior
Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Nissan Europe. In this  role,
Frigo will oversee Nissan's sales operations in over 30 countries
across Europe and will report directly to Brian Carolin as from
January 31,  2005.
Frigo, 45, joins the company with over 18 years experience at
Nissan  North America Inc. (NNA) where he was most recently Regional
Vice President  of the Infiniti East Region. There, he was
responsible for overall regional  operations including sales,
marketing, fixed operations, administration and  consumer affairs.
Since joining Nissan in 1986 Frigo has held the positions of
dealer  operations manager, regional marketing manager and assistant
regional manager  for Nissan's Northeast Region. From 1997 to 1998
Frigo was the Nissan  Division Director of Operations and from 1998
to 2002 he was Nissan's Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic
Region based in Washington D.C., USA. Prior to Nissan, Frigo was
field sales manager at Ford Motor Company in Detroit. Additionally,
he served as Ford's district sales manager in Buffalo, N.Y in the US.

Frigo holds a master's degree in Finance from the University
of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in business/marketing from St.
Bonaventure University in Allegany, N.Y., US.
