   Restaurant & Food Service Show
IRFS - New York-based inventor of food embossing products Gourmet
Impression(TM) LLC (www.gourmetimpression.com) announces that it has
signed with elite representation firm FOG Studios, Inc.
(www.fogstudios.com) to assist in building strategic relationships
with international distributors, manufacturers and OEM partners for
the company's patent-pending food Roller(TM) and Stamper(TM)
products. Representatives from both companies will be available at
the International Restaurant & Food Service Show running January 19
through 21 at the Javitz Center in New York City in Booth.
Using modular devices called the "Roller" and the "Stamper,"
companies can emboss their logo or advertising messages on food
items. Initial prototypes are designed for pizzas, calzones, bread
sticks, cheeses, melons, white bread, pita breads, brownies, pies,
butter sticks, as well as baked potatoes.
About Gourmet Impression
Gourmet Impression(TM) LLC was founded in 2002 by Rich Errera,
President of Benlynn, Inc., a New York headquartered numismatics
firm. Rich had a simple, but exceptionally clever idea: Embossing
foods with messages and images to enhance the dining experience while
providing a unique and effective means to enhance corporate marketing
campaigns. The products that perform the embossing are primarily
targeted to fast food, restaurant chains, catering companies, and
institutional food service. The products also appeal to independent
restaurants, and home chefs. The company is interested in licensing
these tools for use in fast food chains, restaurants, catering
operations, home usages, and children's baking toys. For more
information, visit the web site at www.gourmetimpression.com.
