Fürth, 15 July 2002. Deutsche Börse AG confirmed the market segment transfer to EUROMED AG (German security identification code 570680) today.
EUROMED AG had applied for the transfer from the Neuer Markt to the Geregelter Markt in its obligatory announcement of 10 July 2002.
With the confirmation by Deutsche Börse AG, the final listing of EUROMED shares on the Neuer Markt will take place on 26 July 2002 and the initial listing on the Geregelter Markt on 29 July 2002.
