Nomination of two new members of the board of directors for the Goldbach
Group

Küsnacht-Zürich, March 6th, 2015. At the General Meeting on 14 April 2015,
the Goldbach Group's board of directors will nominate Mirjana Blume and Dr
Erica Dubach Spiegler as new members of the board of directors to replace
Ronald Sauser and Peter A. C. Blum, who have decided to step down from the
board.

Mirjana Blume, who holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (ZFH) and an
Executive MBA (University of St Gallen), currently serves as CFO at
Qnective AG in Zurich. The company develops and sells VoIP-based mobile
communication solutions on highly encrypted security platforms. Prior to
joining Qnective, Mirjana Blume served as CFO at Novartis Oncology
Switzerland and MediService AG. In addition to her many years of experience
as CFO at international companies, she will bring to the table a wide range
of skills gained as the CEO and CFO of a listed company and as a board
member, among others at IWB in Basel. On the Goldbach Group's board of
directors, she will be in charge of the audit committee.

Dr Erica Dubach Spiegler holds a PhD in Information Management from ETH
Zurich. She has performed numerous challenging roles in the areas of
strategy, research and innovation, project management and consulting, both
in Switzerland and the USA. With her own company Dubach Digital Strategy,
she currently advises clients in the retail, transport and healthcare
industries on topics such as digital business models, analytics, social
networking, pervasive technologies and mobile applications, with a special
focus on end-users and consumers. As a digital native, she will support the
Goldbach Group's board of directors with her skills and experience in the
areas of strategy, project management and technology.
