Goldbach Group sets up a new organizational structure
Business-Lines represented on the Executive Committee - integration 
of the competence centers in the Group Operational Board - flexible 
and comprehensive customer service
Küsnacht, December 3rd, 2010. Goldbach Group AG, the leading 
advertising marketer for private electronic, interactive and mobile 
media, is giving itself a new organizational structure as of January 
1, 2011. The Board of Directors has approved an organizational 
regulation that operatively reflects the merger and corporate 
structure created to foster comprehensive customer service with the 
three business-lines: Goldbach Media, Goldbach Audience and Goldbach 
Interactive, as well as the five competence centers.
As of January 1, 2011, the Goldbach Group will be led by a 
five-person Executive Committee consisting of the CEO: Klaus 
Kappeler, the CFO: Mario Hrastnig and the heads of the business- 
lines, including Michi Frank for Goldbach Media, Martin Radelfinger 
for Goldbach Audience, and Bramwell Kaltenrieder for Goldbach 
Interactive. The also newly created Group Operational Board consists 
of, in addition to the members of the Executive Committee, the 
regional heads, the heads of the competence centers and strategic 
functions as well as the group corporate functions; these include for
the region West (CH/DE/AT): Michi Frank, for the Adriatic region 
(HR/SL/SR): Vedran Bilos, for the competence centers TV and Radio: 
Raoul Gerber, for Search: Andreas Owen, for Mobile: Mark Forster, for
Social Media: Mike Schwede, for the strategic function Campaigns: 
Andreas Jorgella, for the group corporate functions HR/IKS: Marcel 
Bosshard, for Marketing: Paul Riesen and for IT: Rolf Herzog. 
ARBOmedia, in which the Goldbach Group holds a 98% stake, will 
continue to be run as an affiliated company.
After the merger of all business activities under the unified 
"Goldbach" umbrella brand in autumn 2010, with its new structure and 
organization and flexible, rapid and comprehensive customer service 
throughout its entire service range, the Goldbach Group seeks to 
further expand its offering for the integrated marketing of private 
TV, radio and out-of-home as well as the online sector and thereby 
prepare for further growth in Switzerland, Austria, Germany as well 
as in South-eastern and Eastern Europe. In addition to the three 
established business-lines: Goldbach Audience, Goldbach Interactive 
and Goldbach Media, the Goldbach Group offers special know-how for 
all companies throughout the entire range in competence centers and 
strategic functions (TV, Radio, Mobile, Search, Social Media and 
Campaigns).
