Fraport AG's Airport Conference Center at FRA Reports 10 Percent Increase in Guests and Events in 2001

The Airport Conference Center (ACC) at
Frankfurt Airport (airport code = FRA) reported a 10 percent increase
in the number of guests and events during 2001, thus strengthening
FRA's position as a well-established conference and meeting venue.
Operated by Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, the ACC
hosted 89,000 guests and 8,620 events last year, the best figures
since the ACC opened its doors in 1988.
Located in the Frankfurt Airport Center 1 (FAC) office complex
opposite Terminal 1, the ACC is linked to the check-in halls via an
enclosed pedestrian bridge. Quick and convenient access to the
passenger terminals makes the ACC particularly attractive for  "fly
and meet" events.
The ACC offers 30 air-conditioned conference rooms for up to 200
guests.  Fraport's team of 18 conference specialists offers a
professional service to clients from Germany, Europe and the rest of
the world. A complete range of technical equipment is available,
including laptops, Internet access and video conferencing.
In addition, catering and other services can be provided. Detailed
