Oney Portugal
manages retail cards and credit reserves for Jumbo, Décathlon, Aki,
Leroy Merlin, Norauto, all companies established in this country,
thus representing over 500,000 customers.
For almost 5 years, Oney Portugal has relied on a solution
specifically developed by Monext covering all aspects of payment card
management: from the application and enrolment process, management,
and collection, to managing transactions and all related credit
authorisations. Monext is continually developing this range of
services enabling Oney Portugal to launch new products and services.
The solution devised by Monext enables Oney Portugal to offer
real-time personalised payment offers which can vary according to
customers' individual profiles and depending on changes in their
financial situation. By way of example, offers advertised on customer
statements vary from one customer to the next depending on their
particular circumstances.
Additionally, Monext provides Opey's staff with a collection
system which can independently deal with the first outstanding
balances using a decision engine adapted to Oney Portugal's client
strategy. The agents in charge of amicable collection services can
use this system to optimise their daily transactions.
