Zug/Schweiz, 18. April 2017 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), ein
führender Entwickler und Anbieter von ferngesteuerten diagnostischen "Digital
Health" Dienstleistungen gibt bekannt, dass Jinsheng Dong das Unternehmen
informiert hat, bei der nächsten Generalversammlung am 26. April 2017 nicht mehr
zur Wiederwahl in den Verwaltungsrat zur Verfügung zu stehen. Der Verwaltungsrat
prüft gegenwärtig geeignete Kandidaten und wird zu gegebener Zeit darüber
informieren.
Der Verwaltungsrat und das Management bedauern diesen Entscheid, danken ihm für
seinen wertvollen Beitrag und wünschen ihm alles Gute für die Zukunft.
