St Helier Jersey / Channel Islands (euro adhoc) - MANAGEMENT CHANGE
Jersey, 2 September, 2011: Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium" or the
"Company") (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), one of the leading real estate companies
focused on shopping centre investment, management and development in Central and
Eastern Europe, announces that, for personal reasons, Mr Jörg Banzhaf, its Chief
Investment Officer, will leave the Company on 30 September 2011, following a
short transition period.
Rachel Lavine, CEO of Atrium, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to
thank Jörg for the contribution he made during his time at the Company and to
wish him well in the future."
