      Solution

February 7, 2008: CompuGROUP  Holding
      AG, a leading European eHealth provider, reports another  success  in  the
      hospital  sector:  HELIOS  Clinic  Group  has  opted  for   a   group-wide
      introduction of the doctor  portal  jesaja.net  by  CompuGROUP  subsidiary
      ISPro GmbH (Hattingen). In the future, HELIOS clinics for acute cases will
      optimize their communication with doctors in governmental healthcare based
      on this leading software product. According to  ISPro  GmbH,  jesaja.net's
      latest success has resulted in an 85 percent market share for the  product
      in the doctor portal  market.  In  the  market  for  doctor  portals  with
      integrated and active doctors, this solution actually holds a market share
      of nearly 99 percent.

HELIOS Clinic Group belongs to the Fresenius  Healthcare  Group.  With  60
      clinics, 17,300 beds, 500,000 inpatient cases per year as well as annually
      700,000 ambulatory patient cases, HELIOS is one of  the  leading  hospital
      groups in Germany. After the first successful evaluations of  jesaja.net's
      application at HELIOS clinics in  Erfurt,  Bleicherode  and  Leisnig,  all
      HELIOS clinics for acute  cases  will  now  gradually  be  outfitted  with
      ISPro's doctor portal.

The communication between hospitals and doctors in governmental healthcare
