Clariden Leu acquires a 9.96 percent stake in Hamburg company Nordaktienbank

    Zurich/Hamburg (ots) - Clariden Leu AG has acquired a 9.96 percent stake in Nordaktienbank AG, Hamburg, thus becoming a minority shareholder in this company specializing in asset management. The purchase price is subject to a confidentiality agreement.

    Nordaktienbank AG is a specialist asset management company based in Hamburg. Nordaktienbank has provided a comprehensive range of asset management services to private and institutional investors for more than 10 years. In addition to classic M&A advice, Nordaktienbank AG also assists its clients with stock market flotations and financing plans.
