Capital Increase for Strengthening the Capital Base of Plambeck Neue Energien AG

Cuxhaven, 15th November 2005 ? The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE0006910326) have decided to utilise the opportunity of a cash capital increase for a general strengthening of the capital base of the company. The approved capital will be used in part to increase the nominal capital of the company by issuing up to 2,249,527 new registered, individual share certificates, with a calculatory share of the nominal capital of EUR 1.00 each against cash payment, from a current EUR 20,245,744.00 to up to EUR 22,495,271. The new shares will be released at an issue amount of EUR 1.10 per share and are entitled to participate in profits from 1 January 2005. The shareholders are granted a right to subscribe in a ratio of 9:1. The subscription period for the shareholders runs from 18th November 2005 to 1st December 2005. Selected investors may be offered shares not subscribed by the shareholders. The capital increase is being managed by VEM Aktienbank AG, Munich.
The curtailment of the nominal capital in a ratio of 3:2 to now 20,245,744.00 shares, with a calculatory share of the nominal capital of EUR 1.00, agreed on by the annual general meeting of 26 July 2005, was entered into the commercial register on 24th October 2005 and has been valid since then. This curtailment will be implemented in the stock exchange and in the securities accounts of the shareholders on 21st November. .
Plambeck Neue Energien AG has released today the report on the third quarter of 2005 and the developments in the first nine months of the current financial year.
