Cuxhaven, 3 August 2005 - Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE0006910326) sold the Theolia shares today which it received as part of the compensation for its sale of Ventura S.A. The sale of the shares generated EUR 7 million in cash for the company.
In May Plambeck had sold its 80% stake in the French company Ventura S.A. to the listed company Theolia S.A. Part of the purchase price was agreed in cash, and the rest in Theolia shares. The cash payment was made on signing of the agreement. The resulting profits accrue in full to Plambeck Neue Energien.
An agreement was made with Theolia not to disclose the purchase price for the Ventura sale.
