Lichtenau, Nov. 29, 2004. During the financial year 2003/04 ending at Sept. 30, 2004, LS telcom managed to increase sales revenues to EUR 9.6 million, i.e. a 15% increase compared to EUR 8.4 million the year before. The company was able to achieve a positive result for the fourth quarter of the financial year.
Net loss was reduced by 40% from EUR -4.87 million to EUR -2.95 million. Before extraordinary expenses and one-time adjustments, the net loss of the company group is EUR ?1.76 million. Per end of financial year 2003/04 LS telcom held cash of EUR 4.7 million. At the same time, the worldwide payroll comprises 95 staff (previous year 125). The current order book shows EUR 5.2 million as secured revenues for the financial year 2004/2005, which is about the same amount like in the year before. The company is confident to realise a further increase in sales revenues during financial year 2004/2005. Considering the implemented cost-saving measures the company is confident to achieve a neutral result.
