init innovation in traffic systems AG expects to pay again a dividend this year. The Managing Board and the Supervisory Board of the company intend to propose to the shareholders´ meeting convening on May 27 that a dividend of 0.14 Euro (previous year: 0,10 Euro) be paid for each share certificate entitled to dividends. The proposed appropriation of earnings has now been approved by the Supervisory Board of init innovation traffic systems AG.
In the preceding fiscal year, init attained the best results both in sales and profitability in its entire company history and celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.
The full annual report will be published at the analyst and press conference on financial statements on March 26.
