- Global distributor to supply Harris technology for TETRA

Danimex, a global distributor of communications systems. Danimex will
supply Harris microwave radios for projects in Scandinavia used for
Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) networks worldwide. This
announcement underscores Harris' commitment to growing its
distribution channel and customer base in Europe.
The agreement includes Harris' TRuepoint(TM) family of
next-generation digital point-to-point radios, which are ideal for
public safety networks with their stringent performance and
availability requirements. TRuepoint provides robust and flexible
options for cost-effective microwave backhaul of both voice and
high-speed data traffic from TETRA networks, assuring communications
between fire departments, hospitals and other emergency service
