Shares of arxes NCC AG now in Prime Standard

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange has approved arxes NCC AG’s application
to move from "General Standard" up to the quality segment "Prime
Standard". The move is effective as from September 29, 2004.

Prime Standard requires to fulfil comprehensive international
transpar-ency standards

The Prime Standard addresses companies which focus on international
investors. According to the decision of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
to approve arxes NCC AG to participate in the Prime Standard the
company is required to fulfil international transparency standards,
which are considerably higher than those that apply in Gen-eral
Standard. The new standards include:

quarterly reports published in German and English

application of international accounting standards(IFRS/IAS or
US-GAAP)

publication of a financial calendar

staging of at least one analyst conference per year

ad hoc disclosure also in English

follow-up obligations of admission to the general standard

This segment shift symbolises arxes NCC AG’s decisive focus on the

realization and operating client/server-systems and networks. arxes’
core competences range from migration, security, storage and VPN to a
