Eindhoven, November 25, 2004 - According to preliminary figures for the 4th quarter of 2004, Catalis N.V. had exceeded last years revenues levels in the 4th quarter by November 23, 2004. Based on such positive development and expected high capacity utilisation for the remainder of the 4th quarter, Catalis is increasing its revenue guidance to between euro 5.0 million and euro 5.2 million for the full year 2004. For the upcoming fiscal year 2005 Catalis is expecting a continued positive course of business.
