Swisscom Mobile Selects End2End's Content Delivery Solution to Manage 3G Streaming Content for Vodafone Live!

End2End's Content Delivery Solution has been powering the delivery of Swisscom Mobile content downloads since the launch of Vodafone live! in Switzerland in 2003. Swisscom Mobile has now leveraged the capabilities of End2End's Content Delivery Solution to manage both downloadable and streaming content through a single solution, which delivers improved efficiency of content management and unified reporting for all Vodafone live! content usage.
In order to enable the management of 3G streaming content, End2End has integrated its managed service Content Delivery Solution with Swisscom Mobile's in-house Real Networks' Helix -streaming platform.
Swisscom Mobile launched its 3G network in Switzerland on November 11th 2004.
