Berlin, April 30th. 2004- InfoGenie Europe AG Group (ISIN:DE 0007472060 / WKN 747206) published on the web http://www.infogenie.de - company reports section - today the Annual Report 2003. Printed versions of the Report in German and English language will be provided by IR contact. Effected by a technical delay while moving all operations and servers of the administration today towards Grasbrunn/ Munich/ Germany the transmission of the English translation of the Annual Report 2003 got lost and will be restored due to a holiday weekend only on Monday ,May 3rd 2004. First time in the five years history InfoGenie Europe AG Group presented a break even operative result. Including reactivating tax provisions in the amount of EUR 2 ,000 k a positive Group result of EUR 2,000 k ( last yr. Minus EUR 3,900 k) has been stated.
Stephan Grell , ( Vorstand ) Senior Executive Officer Sales/ Marketing agreed with the Board April 28th. 2004 to retire because of personal reasons.
After several months of testing per May 2004 InfoGenie will roll out the internet payment solution "Click2Pay" to international merchants .The launch concept realises micro - und macropayment solutions based on a proprietary licence of Wire Card AG. InfoGenie will compete in the dynamic competitive environment with reknown national (Firstgate) and international players as Neteller and Firepay .
