Conergy and FirstSolar sign an additional framework contract for delivery of 220MW thin-film modules

Conergy has signed an additional, comprehensive framework contract 
with the US thin-film module producer FirstSolar. According to the 
contract, solar modules with a total output of 220MW will be 
delivered to Conergy in the years up to and including 2012. With this
agreement, Conergy has nearly doubled the volume agreed in the 
current contracts from 245MW to 465MW. The Conergy Group will use the
modules mainly in Germany and the high-growth Mediterranean markets.
