Zug, Switzerland - February 8, 2002. The Fantastic Corporation (Neuer Markt, Frankfurt: FAN) today announced that after a preliminary evaluation of the profit and loss statement for fiscal year 2001 (01.01. - 31.12.2001), the company expects total revenues of $ 6.5 to 7.5 million. In the initial half-year announcement, Fantastic projected a revenue target of $ 10 to 20 million. Fantastic could not evade the difficult market environment the IT sector is facing, particularly in the broadband market. Fantastic will continue to streamline its global organization and enhance its products and services in this rapidly changing environment. The company will continue to implement cost reduction measures. Fantastic will provide additional details on the numbers for fiscal year 2001, as planned, on February 22, 2002.
