Professional experience
Rolf W. Aeberli began his professional career in 1990 when he joined
the Controlling department of the Schweizerische Kreditanstalt. He
led various strategic projects at the Credit Suisse Group between
1993 and 1999, after which he took over responsibility for the
Business Planning, Development and Controlling divisions. In July
2000 Mr Aeberli was appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of
the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Banking. Since March 2002 he has
served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive
Committee of the Julius Baer Group.
Philipp D. Hoch-Ponte

Professional experience
Philipp D. Hoch began his professional career in 1991 at the auditing
firm Revisuisse Price Waterhouse, where he worked as an auditor until
1994.  He spent 1994/95 working as Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Financial Officer for the company Raifinanz AG, and in 1995 he joined
Swiss Re, where he held a managerial position in the Controlling unit
and managed various strategic projects. He currently performs the
function of Chief Financial Officer at Swiss Re (UK) in London.
