Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter to stand down from Board

In view of her future mandate with the Cantonal Bank of Bern (BEKB), Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter has decided to stand down from the Board of Directors at the BKW Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2014.

Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter joined the BKW Board of Directors in the spring of 2006 and has served as its Vice Chairman since May 2007. Since 2006 she has been CEO of Forma Futura Invest AG, an asset management company specialising in sustainable assets. Prior to this she was a member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Bär in Zurich and CEO of the Executive Board of the SWX Swiss Exchange in Zurich and Virt-X in London.

The BKW Board of Directors thanks Antoinette Hunziker-Ebneter for her services and wishes her all the very best for the future.
