Proposed New Board Members for Intentia International AB
Stockholm, Sweden (ots/PRNewswire) - Intentia International AB (publ) (XSSE:INT B) announced on August 19, 2004 that at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Monday, September 6, 2004, the number of members of Intentia International's board of directors is proposed to be increased to a total of nine.

If the proposal is approved, Intentia's board of directors will be comprised of Romesh Wadhwani, Jan Carlzon, Steven Chang, William Chisholm, Bob Evans, Tommy H. Karlsson, Morgan Olsson and Bertrand Sciard.
