Softserver(TM) Platform As Foundation For Next Generation Of IVR, Speech Recognition And New Media Solutions
BOULDER, CO (ots) - SandCherry, Inc., an innovative communications software company, and Vicorp, a provider of best-in-class software solutions for competitive communications services, today announced the signing of a three year OEM agreement for SandCherry's SoftServer platform. Vicorp will use the SoftServer platform as the basis for its next generation Interactive Voice Response (IVR), speech recognition and new media platform solution, Vistia.xMP.
SandCherry's SoftServer(tm) platform, which serves as an applications and resource broker, provides the key to the integration, management, and deployment of IVR, speech-enabled, multimodal, and multimedia enhanced and next generation applications and services. The scalable, vendor-independent architecture of the SoftServer solution is the foundation for cost-effective application deployments.
