Düsseldorf, 28 May 2010 - The Supervisory Board of Versatel AG has appointed Marius Rispeter (38) as new Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 28 May 2010. Rispeter completes the Management Board of Versatel AG and presides over the finance department of the public listed telecommunications provider with immediate effect. He will be responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Investor Relations, Treasury and Procurement.
