Kardex to sell System Schultheis AG: Move marks continuation of focus on core business

Zurich (ots)

Kardex Group company System Schultheis AG,
domiciled in Rapperswil, is to be sold to Winterthur-based Fehr
Langgutlagertechnik AG, a manufacturer of automatic storage systems
for long bars and sheets, (www.fehrllt.ch) effective 1 October 2007.
System Schultheis AG generated approximately 1% of KRM division
revenues in the 2006 business year.
The decision to sell System Schultheis AG, which specializes
mainly in storage and retrieval concepts for heavy loads, underscores
Kardex Group's continuing focus on successful international logistics
products with its two divisions, KRM and Stow.
