Cuxhaven, 25. 03. 2004 - To augment the classic sales channels of fund marketing and direct sale. Plambeck Neue Energien AG intends in future to operate its own wind farms to generate current revenue from power earnings.
The capital of participating certificates is earmarked for owner-operation. This is why the Supervisory Board acting on a proposal submitted by the Management Board has today issued participating certificates totalling 30 million euros. The participating certificates are to bear a profit-related basic interest of 7 per cent, which can rise up to 10 per cent by reaching fixed targets.
