27 May 2004, Vienna, Austria - At the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board of S&T on 26 May 2004, Thomas Streimelweger was unanimously elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Reinhard Moser was unanimously re-elected Deputy Chairman.
The other members of the Supervisory Board are William de Gelsey, Karl-Michael Millauer and Franz Jurkowitsch, who together with Thomas Streimelweger was voted onto the Supervisory Board at the 13 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 28 April 2004.
Thomas Streimelweger is the major shareholder and co-founder of S&T and was Chairman of the Management Board from 1993 to 2000. Thomas Streimelweger is also CEO and major shareholder of red-stars.com data AG, which operates an algorithm-based fully automatic securities trading system.
Franz Jurkowitsch has been active in Central European markets as a property developer and investor for more than 30 years and is Managing Director of Warimpex Finanz AG.
Peter Kohl and Herbert Stepic resigned from the Supervisory Board owing to a lack of time. The management of S&T would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their contribution to the company's success.
