Bruck, October 16th, 2003. The Pankl Racing Systems plc develops, produces and sells mechanical system solutions in the area of high technology for worldwide niche markets of motor racing, exclusive vehicles and aviation. The Pankl Racing Systems plc, which had been listed at NASDAQ Europe since 1998, on September 17, 2003 made an official de-listing application to NASDAQ Europe. The consent of NASDAQ Europe to the delisting was announced today. The reason for the de-listing aimed at is the small trading volume at NASDAQ Europe and the impending shutdown of NASDAQ Europe. The shares of Pankl Racing Systems plc will continue to be listed and traded at the German stock exchange-Prime Standard. Due to the listing at one stock exchange the concentration of the liquidity of the Pankl-shares is focussed on one place of trading. The Pankl share will on October 31st, 2003, be traded at NASDAQ Europe for the last time. Pankl shareholders can continue to obtain information such as quarterly statements, press reports and other information from the IR-Portal www.pankl-ir.com or via the German stock exchange.
