Pandatel AG, Hamburg, is reducing the size of its Management Board from three to two members: Dipl.-Ing. Frank Mauritz, until now in charge of Product Development and Manufacturing, will be leaving the Board as at August 31, 2003.
The responsibilities of Mauritz in future will be divided between Board members Heinrich-J. Kraus and Norbert Wienck: Pandatels CEO Kraus will take over the Research and Development business unit, supported by Juergen Schroeder, who took the newly created position of Director of Product Development at the beginning of July. Norbert Wienck will take responsibility for the Manufacturing division and will continue to head the Finances and Controlling business unit.
