Braunschweig, 22 February 2002 - As part of its strategy for 2002, first announced in January, GEDYS AG is selling its Paderborn-based subsidiary GEDYS business line GmbH. With the sale, GEDYS Internet Products AG is reducing its activities in the area of professional services and, as announced, is giving its premium partners wider control in this area. GEDYS business line GmbH will be one of about 15 premium partners in Central Europe to continue selling and implementing GEDYS licenses. As a result, GEDYS has reached its stated goal of centralizing the management of Central European sales (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and reducing additional fixed costs.
