Dr. Florian Langenscheidt Joins the Board of friendlyway AG / Unanimous Vote at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting

At this year's Annual Shareholders' Meeting of
friendlyway AG, Dr Florian Langenscheidt was unanimously elected as
the sixth member of the Board.
As a board member, Dr. Florian Langenscheidt chiefly represents
Transatlantic Ventures AG, in addition to his other responsibilities.
Dr. Florian Langenscheidt - Biographical Details
Born in Berlin in 1955;
German Studies, Journalism and Philosophy at Munich;
Doctorate "summa cum laude" in Advertising;
Studied Publishing at Harvard and Cambridge; two years in
   Publishing in New York;
Master of Business Administration at INSEAD, Fontainebleau,
   France;
Board Member of the Bibliographical Institute & F. A. Brockhaus AG
   (publishers of   BROCKHAUS, MEYER and DUDEN, 1988-2001);
Author of "1000 Happy Moments", Heyne, 1991, 
   "Wishing on Shooting Stars", Heyne, 1992, "Happiness with
   Children", Heyne, 1997", 
   "100 x Courage  - Good Examples for the Third Millennium", Heyne,

Author of numerous newspaper and magazine articles (including some
