The Company announces that the Board of Directors of The Fantastic Company
AG decided to shift the release of the Annual Financial Report 2013 to 12
May 2014 due to a delay in the first-time application of IFRS reporting
standards at Société de Gestion de Marques SAS, a 100% subsidiary in
France, which was acquired at the end of November 2013.
