Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Schweiz - Die Aktionäre der LifeWatch AG 
(SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) haben an der Generalversammlung in Zürich 
sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates zugestimmt.

Henry Gregory Volkart, Dr. Abraham Sartani und Urs Wettstein sind für
eine einjährige Amtsdauer als Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates 
wiedergewählt. Der Nationalrat Jürg Stahl wurde für eine Amtsdauer 
von einem Jahr neu in den Verwaltungsrat gewählt.
