Vienna,23 September 2009: CA Immobilien Anlagen AG announces its 
intention to issue a corporate bond with a planned volume of 
approximately EUR 100-150 Mio. UniCredit CAIB AG was mandated with 
the transaction. Subject to a continued positive market environment, 
the transaction is planned to take place in October.
