Mid Year Results

Leonding -

According to provisional, unaudited figures, Rosenbauer International AG is
forecasting EBIT of EUR 2.7 million for the first half of 2017 despite the
stable development in revenues. Non-recurring costs for the reorganization of
staff structures in Austria, extraordinary expenditure on intangible assets,
capacity under-utilization in some production areas, significantly higher start-
up costs for the new subsidiaries and exchange rate effects will impact the
results for the half-year.
Owing to the above results for the first half of the year, the Executive Board
anticipates that the results for the year as a whole will be down significantly
on the previous year's Level. The full financial report on the first half of
2017 will be published on August 11, 2017.
