Report on the Third Quarter (Q3) of the Financial Year 2007

SkyEurope Holding AG reports a record EBITDAR Q3 and appoints new CEO
to its subsidiary SkyEurope Airlines, a.s.

•       Jason Bitter appointed CEO of SkyEurope Airlines, a.s., Christian Mandl
remains CEO of SkyEurope Holding AG focusing on strategic projects.
•       A positive EBITDAR Q3 achieved with margin improving by 18.3pp vs Q3
2006 and 20.5pp on a YTD basis. EBIT margin also improves by 19.5pp for the
quarter and on a YTD basis. Loss per share decreased significantly during the
quarter from EUR 0.83 to EUR 0.13.
•       Growth is maintained with revenues increasing by 26% during Q3,
passengers flown grows to 927 thousand up from 702 thousand despite less average
aircraft in the quarter than in Q3 2006.
•       Revenue per available seat kilometre improves 5.5% in Q3 2007 and 9.9%
on a YTD basis.
•       Aircraft utilisation improves by 16.7% during the quarter to 11:25 hours
(up from 9:46 in Q3 2006) with continued focus put on efficient operations.
•       Continued and constant focus on cost reductions showing results with a
CASK (ex fuel) decreasing 6.9% during the quarter.
•       SkyEurope maintains its punctuality and reputation as one of the most
punctual airlines in Europe.
•       Two new 737-700 NG aircraft were delivered in Q3 and SkyEurope´s fleet
is now the youngest in Europe with an average age of 8 months.
•       The first part of the 2007/08 winter schedule was announced focusing on
increased frequencies to European destinations and an overall improved product,
featuring higher frequencies to less destinations and more convenient departure
times.
•       Full year guidance is maintained with full year EBITDAR expected to be
positive with an EBIT positive 4th quarter.
