Fidelity International Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda, have informed
us that pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG on May 4, 2007 their voting 
interest in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Heinz-Nixdorf-Ring 1, 
Germany, went above the 5 % threshold and amounts to 5.01% (1,656,652
voting rights). The voting rights are in their entirety attributable
