Wien (euro adhoc) - Following the acquisition of 43.6% of the share capital of
Orient Refractories Ltd. (ORL) from the core shareholders in early March, RHI
has completed the mandatory open offer for an additional 26% of the ORL shares.
As of April 29, RHI thus holds 69.6% of the voting rights in ORL. The
transaction price to acquire the 69.6% stake totaled roughly EUR 50 million.
